H.L.M. Girls College is premier and dynamic college imparting professional education. It was established by a group of industrialist under the aegis of “Mahalaxmi Management Institute, KF-14, Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad” with the sole aim of imparting best education to the students. At H.L.M. besides our constant endeavour to  provide quality education, a value education that can be leveraged through out one’s professional life, we ensure our students are inculcated with certain core ethical values. We are striving towards excellence. Higher, stronger, brighter these three magical words define our work an shape our goals. Students are groomed to be responsible, moral competent and positive minded individuals. We believe that learning is a life long voyage of self discovery and understanding of the world. ACCREDITATION BY NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council)

HLM Girls College has been accredited by the most prestigious and efficient government body NAAC. The visit for the accreditation was paid on 8th and 9th June 2011, by some of the highly competent and  efficient member of NAAC Peer Team. The Assessment was done on four point rating scale. After assessment, an accreditation of Grade B with CGPA rating of 3.37 was declared on 16th September 2011,which is valid till 16th September 2016. On this day provisional certificate was issued. On 10th March 2012, original Certificate was awarded.
